Comparison of the surface morphology in the as-prepared state and after reducing treatment at T = 600 C, T = 700 C and T = 800 C. The atomic force microscopy scan size is 5 x 5 m2 and scale bars are 2 m (bottom), or 2 x 2 m2 and scale bars are 1 m (top). Decorations of the surface by exsolved nanoparticles are visible.
