Comparison of sleep parameters upon expression of UAS-Pallidin-RNAi under the control of several Gal4 drivers. 54C07-Gal4, 85G01-Gal4, and 9-137-Gal4 elav-Gal80 were crossed to both UAS-Pallidin-RNAiGD13391 and UAS-Pallidin-RNAiHMS05728 (Figures S1–S3). Dark blue color indicates significant increase and salmon color significant decrease in the amount/duration of the parameters in the knockdown condition compared with both the Gal4 and UAS controls (p < 0.05, Kruskal-Wallis test with post hoc comparisons between control and knockdown conditions). Lighter color indicates that the changes were observed with the UAS-Pallidin-RNAiHMS05728 or UAS-Pallidin-RNAiGD13391 only.
