Survival Curve from Scientific Research

MDS-L-2007 (G) and SKM-1 (H) cells were transduced with mock or Dnmt1 gene. MDS-L-2007 cells (5.0 × 106) were intravenously inoculated into NOG mice expressing human IL-3 and GM-CSF (NOG IL-3/GM-TG). SKM-1 cells (1.0 × 106) were intravenously inoculated into NSG mice. Recipient mice were intraperitoneally treated with PBS and DAC (0.3 mg/kg) three times a week. Survival curves were constructed using the Kaplan-Meier method and compared using the log rank test.
