The STMN-KNAT6C fusion protein, but not KNAT6, driven by theSTMpromotor partially rescues the meristem termination phenotype ofstm-11mutant. The SAM of thestm-11mutant terminates after forming about two rosette leaves. TheSTMpromotor-driven STMN-KNAT6C fusion protein, but not the KNAT6 protein, partially rescues thestm-11meristem defects with 4 rosette leaves formed by 12 d after germination.
