Bubble Plot from Scientific Research

We evaluated the effect-size and standard error estimates for every SNP at each age on a grid from 41 to 55, and from the resulting summary statistics we tested for genetic correlations among observed ANM values at the age groups and 100 other health-related indicators and outcomes using LD score regression. We present correlations for outcomes with evidence of a significant non-zero genetic correlation at one age group or more.
