Fold change in the proportion of L2/3 excitatory cell types between the high and low photoconversion for photoconversion on mismatch, running onset, and grating onset. The total percentages of the three cell types were: Adamts2 33%, Agmat 62%, and Rrad 5.0%. For mismatch photoconversion the percentages in the low and high photoconversion groups were: Adamts2 low 22% and high 36%, Agmat low 73% and high 60%, and Rrad low = 4.9% and high 4.5%. For running onset photoconversion, the percentages in the low and high photoconversion groups were Adamts2 low 41% and high 36%, Agmat low 53% and high 59%, and Rrad low = 6.1% and high 5.3%. For grating onset photoconversion, the percentages in the low and high photoconversion groups were Adamts2 low 41% and high 28%, Agmat low 55% and high 65%, and Rrad low = 3.8% and high 6.9%.
