Immunoblot analysis (anti-Pk) of Δtpx1cells co-expressing Pk-tagged Sty1 (AD21) with wild-type Tpx1 (Rep1Tpx1) or Tpx1C170S(Rep1Tpx1C170S) before and following 10 min exposure to 0.2, 1, or 6 mM H2O2. Comparisons with vector control (Rep1) allow distinction of non-specific bands from Tpx1-Sty1 disulfide complexes.
