Analysis of ICM position and blastocoel cavity formation performed with OCT imaging over 6 days of blastoid formation from WIBR3 OCT4-GFP naive hPSCs. The top row of images shows a top-down view of aggregates proliferating between days 2 and 4 with cavitation occurring at day 6.
