Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE, top) and anion-exchange HPLC analysis (bottom) of the SAMURI-catalysed reaction of 17-mer substrate RNA (S, 5′-ACAUACUGAGCCUUCAA-3′) with and without ProSeDMA at 37 °C for 1 h; 1 μM substrate RNA, 1 μM SAMURI, 10 μM ProSeDMA and 10 mM MgCl 2 , pH 7.5.
