RadViz visualizations of the relative frequencies of geNomad markers across distinct ecosystems. Each marker is represented by a circle, and the colors depict the marker density within a region. The position of the markers in the plot is determined by their frequency in each environment. Markers close to the center of the plot were found in similar frequencies across all ecosystems. Median entropies of the ecosystem distributions are shown below the plots.
