Line Plot from Scientific Research

Representative changes in single neutrophil speed, aspect ratio, circularity of the same neutrophil with its respective aspect ratio versus speed and circularity versus speed linear regressions and the regression coefficient of determination of aspect ratio versus speed and circularity versus speed of a population of neutrophils ( m =27 cells over n =3 mice). Box-plots present median with 25th and 75th percentiles; whiskers are the maximum and minimum data points not considered outliers. Comparison between groups was performed with a two-tailed Student’s t -test for significance <0.05.
