Bar Plot from Scientific Research

Reactome pathways overrepresented among protein complex subunits whose expression levels correlate strongly only in the more aggressive basal BC subtype are shown. The bar-plot indicates a functional enrichment for each term when proteins with a correlation gain in the basal BC samples were compared to all other proteins included in the analysis. Enrichment is calculated with the hypergeometric test and corrected for multiple testing with FDR.
