Workflow from Scientific Research

Cells from eight patients with lupus are measured in an untreated and IFN-β-treated state. For each sample, we train two models, an o.o.s. model trained on cells from all other samples and an i.i.d. model trained with additional access to half of the cells in the holdout sample (not shown).
