Epithelial expression of basal/myoepithelial markers (CK5, alpha-SMA) and phospho-MYC in mouse histological subtypes. P -values determined by Mann–Whitney U test. the centerline of the boxplots represents the median value (50th percentile), and the box encapsulates the interquartile range. The whiskers extend to show the rest of the distribution, except for outliers defined as 1.5 times the interquartile range. Stromal-rich ( n = 59) and stromal-poor ( n = 10).
