EM analysis of the effect of temperature on the association equilibrium of DNAJA2wt. Negative staining images of DNAJA2wt (15 M) treated as in c, showing that the ordered tubular oligomers formed at 25 C dissociate at heat shock temperatures and reassociate upon cooling back the sample. These images are representative as they were observed in three different protein preparations.
