Groups include those with no prior infection or smallpox vaccination (negatives), IMVANEX vaccinated (dose 1, dose 2 and dose 3), ACAM2000-vaccinated and convalescent MPXV-infected individuals (Clade IIb and IIa). Two-tailed correlation was performed using all ELISA data for MPXV and VACV antigens. Only significant correlations are shown, with blank cells indicating a non-significant ( p >= 0.05) correlation.
