In vivo experimental design. Schematic diagram showing the treatment schedule for in vivo experiments. Mice were inoculated with tumor cells on day 0, followed by treatment with indicated drugs starting on day 7. Tumor volume and body weight were monitored every other day. Mice were sacrificed when tumor volume reached 2000 mm3 or when they showed signs of distress.
