Significant catalogs of Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment of DEGs in the ZZM2 secretome in response to the V. dahliae infection. The significant categories were selected by the Pearson chi-square test with P < 0.05, and the total secreted proteins of the secretome were set as the control. Information on GO categories is listed in Additional file 2 : Table S8, and the GO category of hydrolase activity (GO:0016787) is labeled in bold font.
