Rate performance graphs for LMO-SRO VAN films (75 nm thick) grown with different orientations [(001), (110), (111)] and with different (001) LMO pillar dimensions [38 nm (500 degree C), 47 nm (550 degree C), and 70 nm (600 degree C)]. Two initial pre-cycles at 20 uA cm-2were performed followed by two rounds of rate testing (cycles 1–60 and 61–120) between 20 and 200 uA cm-2. The recovery of capacity between round 1 and 2 demonstrates the high stability of the VAN LMO-SRO cathode.
