Gel from Scientific Research

Radiographic images of silica TLC plates with64Cu2+-loaded plr1 (1) and the same sample stripped with DTPA for 3 h (2) show plr1 to bind64Cu2+. TLC plates were developed with 0.1 M sodium citrate (pH 5). Proteins stay at the starting spot and DTPA migrates near the front line under these conditions. Similar results were observed for neg1 (Figure S9A).
