GO enrichment reveals STB nuclear functions. Three DEG sets of the two trajectories are used for the GO enrichment test. The log 10 P value of the enrichment is presented with color intensities. GO enrichment analysis is tested by one-sided Fisher’s exact test and P values are adjusted for multiple comparisons with the Benjamini–Hochberg method. ** P adj < 0.01; *** P adj < 0.001.
