Log-phase secondary bacterial cultures were treated with 1 mM PA at regular time intervals as indicated and infected with 10 MOI TM4 mycobacteriophage. OD600 measurements were taken up to 60 h. The data comprise 3 independent biological replicates, with datasets including 2-3 technical replicates. ***p < 0.001; ns, non-significant using two-tailed unpaired t test or one-way ANOVA with Dunnett’s multiple comparisons wherever applicable.
