A549 cells pre-treated with 2 mM PA were infected with different luciferase reporter viruses as indicated. Cells were harvested at 48 hpi, and luciferase expression was quantified using a TECAN plate reader. The data comprise 3 independent biological replicates, with datasets including 2-3 technical replicates. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01; ***p < 0.001; ns, non-significant, using Brown-Forsythe and Welch ANOVA with Dunnett’s T3 multiple comparison test or unpaired t test with Welch’s correction, wherever necessary. Error bars represent mean ± standard deviation (SD).
