Inflammatory gene expression in skin biopsies from mice receiving a single dose of 3 mg/kg 22B3 or hIgG4-PAA isotype control was quantified at day 4 using qRT-PCR. The effect of 22B3 on the level of gene expression was compared with that of the isotype control. Skin samples from 10 mice were collected from each treatment group at day 4 post-antibody treatment for qPCR analysis. Statistical analysis was performed using unpaired two-tailed Welch’s t test or Mann-Whitney test when appropriate. Differences were considered significant at p <0.05.
