The colony formation and CCK-8 assays were performed to assess the growth of U2OS cells stably expressing the shRNAs lv-NC, lv-324-1, and lv-324-2 (E and F) and the growth of U2OS cells stably expressing the empty vector control (CON) and LINC00324 (U1 and U2, G and H). LINC00324 expression was determined by RT-PCR, and p53 expression was detected by western blotting (E, G, I, and L). Data are represented as means SD from three biological replicates.
