The mice were first intrafootpad injected with MVA-OVA (1 x 107IU) and 12 days later were subcutaneously boosted with PBS or 40 g of OVA in CFA. LNs were analyzed 4 days after the rechallenge as outlined inFigure 5A. Each dot represents one animal (unpaired t test).
