Conditional CD11c:ICAM-1 KO (DCICAM-1; red, solid line) or ICAM-1fl/fl(control; blue, solid line) mice were injected intrafootpad with DEC-205:OVA (0.05 g/footpad) plus CD40 (10 g/footpad), and 24 h later different cell populations were recovered from popliteal LNs and analyzed for ICAM-1 expression. Isotype mAb controls are shown in dashed lines. Bar graphs represent mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of ICAM-1 expression in each of the indicated subsets. The extent of reduction of ICAM-1 expression on the indicated subsets is shown as a percentage on top of the corresponding bars.
