Scatter Plot from Scientific Research

Accuracy of the estimated parameters related to gene effects. Each plot shows one parameter: G, prior probability for a gene being causal; enrichment ( G / V ), where V is prior probability for a variant being causal, effect size for gene and PVE of gene. Results from two simulation settings are shown, the high and low gene PVE settings. Each dot represents the result from one of five simulations. Horizontal bars show the true parameter values.
