ATG7+/+andATG7-/-HaCaT cells were transfected with a 2,027 bp dsDNA fragment (1 ug/mL) alone or co-transfected with a 2,027 bp dsDNA fragment (1 ug/mL) and scDNA (1 ug/mL), and levels of the transfected 2,027 bp dsDNA fragment were quantified at different time points after transfection. Relative levels of the 2,027 bp dsDNA fragment are expressed as a percentage of the levels at 1 h after transfection, which are defined as 100%.
