The analyses were conducted by using data from 160, 149, 119, and 520 synaptosomes harvested from MI2, APPNL-G-F, P301S, and C57Bl/6J mouse brains, respectively, and analyzed by linear mixed effects models and 95% confidence intervals. For Syn synaptic aggregates are longer than the extra-synaptic ones. For A, synaptosomes from the APPNL-G-Fmice are larger than the ones from the control mice. For AT8-positive tau, both synaptic and extra-synaptic aggregate count is significantly higher in the P301S mice than the control mice. The aggregates are also longer, larger, and more fibrillar in the P301S mice.
