Microscopy from Scientific Research

Confocal microscopy photographs of Neuro2A cells transfected with GCaMP6f empty vector, TMEM63B WT, or mutant plasmids and analyzed 48 h post-transfection. Transfected cells express the GCaMP6f protein, which fluoresces in the green channel. Cells were stained with primary anti-HA tag antibody, secondary Alexa Fluor 555 antibody, and DAPI.
