Phosphorylation and kinase activity of ZmWAKL in plants overexpressing ZmWAKL Q -GFP after C. zeina infection. The phosphorylated ZmWAKL was detected with an -phospho-(Ser/Thr) antibody; phosphorylation was detected by autoradiography (autorad) and protein loading is shown by CBB staining. These assays were repeated two times with the same results.
