C2C12 myoblasts treated with DMSO, Tu (2 µg/mL), or Tg (1 µM) for 3 h were homogenized and extracts were fractionated into cytosol and HSP (high-speed pellet). Fractions were analyzed by western blotting with 20 µg of protein loaded in each lane.
