The real part of the optical conductivity σ1(ω) has a quadratic frequency dependence for 272-μm-thick crystals at room temperature. The red line represents experimental data whereas the blue line is a fit that incorporates a power-law component and an asymmetric Lorentzian for the Fano-distorted optical phonon mode. The fit components for the power-law conductivity and the Fano-asymmetric phonon mode are plotted separately in green and magenta, respectively. Exp., experimental.
