TCE dose response curve (DRC). K562 target cell viability 48 h after co-culture with healthy donor PBMCs at an effector:target ratio of 10:1. K562 cells were pre-stained with CTV and cell viability was assessed by staining with calcein AM and PI for flow cytometry assessment. The TCE doses range from 0.01 nM to 100 nM. Data are presented as mean ± s.d. The samples are biologically independent ( n = 3 for all cell lines).
