There was no evidence of heterogeneity in the effects of semaglutide compared to placebo on the confirmatory secondary endpoints of the hierarchical composite endpoint. Data are point estimates and 95% CIs. Analyses using the intention-to-treat principle employ a Cohran's Q-test for interaction and a Wald test for treatment effect within BMI subgroups, with 1,000 imputations using Rubin's rule. Analyses using on-treatment data employ a Cohran's Q-test for interaction and a Wald test for treatment effect within BMI subgroups. P values are two-sided. Other abbreviations as in Fig. 1.
