Workflow from Scientific Research

Two strategies are developed for MIDAS to achieve reference-to-query knowledge transfer, where model transfer uses a pretrained model for data-efficient integration, and label transfer reciprocally maps the reference and query datasets onto the latent space for automatic cell annotation.
