Transmission electron micrograph (2.73 pixels/nm) of the ATCC 49417 cell-free, ultracentrifuged supernatant that, when sequenced, produced the reads mapped in Fig. 5 ; virus-like particles were sparse among likely extracellular vesicles, despite high coverage of the prophage region in DNA from this material.
