Each node represents all proteins produced by a single, protein-coding gene locus. Red colored nodes are query proteins and first shell of interactors. Green nodes indicate secondary interactions. Blue nodes represent tertiary interactions. Edges represent proteinprotein associations indicating that proteins jointly contribute to a shared function, though they do not necessarily interact with each other physically. Line thickness is proportional to edge confidence
