Real-time fluorescent assay with DT4 and CIM-FN spiked saliva. CIM-FN was concentrated 10x using a 30 kD centrifugal device and then diluted with 1x SB to achieve the cell counts reported above. Relative fluorescence (RF) is represented as F/F0, where F is fluorescence at each respective time point and F0 is the fluorescence at the time when CIM-FN was added.
