DT4 with protease-treated CIM-FN and filtered CIM-FN. CIM-FN was passed through centrifugal devices with a specific molecular weight cut-off individually and tested for cleavage activity. All DNAzyme assays were conducted at 23 C in 1 SB at E/S=100/1 for 4 hours. M: marker, N: negative control (no reaction control).
