Bar plots of fragment abundance relative to the origin of cleavage (residue number), where the abundance represents the sum of normalized intensities of fragments originating from each site. The color intensity of the bar represents the weighted average charge of each assigned fragment. The topological domains of each GPCR are overlaid onto the bar plot; alpha-helical transmembrane regions are represented by yellow boxes and numbered 1 through 7. The transmembrane regions are connected by extracellular and cytosolic loops, represented by gray lines. The extracellular loops joined by disulfide bonds are represented by gray dashed lines.
