Survival of CT26-bearing mice treated with poly(I:C) hydrogel in combination with anti-CTLA-4 (G); n = 8–10 mice per group. The experiments were performed twice. In (B), (F), and (G), statistical analyses were performed using the log rank (Mantel-Cox) test to compare survival.
