Quantitative micro-elastography (QME) scan of the optimized hydrogel. Scale bar, 1 mm. Volumetric QME scans were acquired over a 3 × 3 × 2.5 mm (x,y,z) field of view in the center of HA gel disc with a voxel size of 3 × 3 × 2.5 μm (x,y,z). This voxel size resulted in 1 million elasticity measurements in each two-dimensional (2D) image. Experiments were performed once.
