A forest plot showing PFS hazard ratios of the 82 clonal RISK genes (translucent red), major mutations (translucent blue), and expression level-based CRC prognostic markers (translucent yellow) using the CoPM patient dataset (n = 96). Markers were excluded if all genes showed non-significant p value (>0.05) during Cox regression (markers 4 and 5). Each box represents the median of the hazard ratio, while the bars at both ends represent the minimum and maximum hazard ratio values. The significance of each factor was calculated based on log rank tests (*p < 0.05).
