Primary γδ T cells (5 × 105 cells were transferred to each recipient mice, D) or cultured γδ T17 cells (primary γδ T primed under γδ T17 inducting conditions; 1 × 106 cells were transferred to each recipient mice, E) from Mettl3flox/flox or Mettl3CD2-cre mice were transferred into TCRδ-KO mice.
