Splenic T cells from Mettl3flox/flox (n = 5) and Mettl3Cd2cre (n = 5) mice were cultured under T17 priming conditions in the presence or absence of TLR3/dsRNA complex inhibitor (1 M) for 4 days. The phosphorylation of STAT1 (G) and the production of IL-17 (H) in T cells were detected. Data are representative of at least two independent experiments with similar results (except for D).
