Site-resolved analysis of the molecular interactions between Ero1alpha and ERdj5. The1H-15N Transverse relaxation-optimized spectroscopy (TROSY) heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC) spectra of [Cys-15N] Ero1alpha in the presence (red) and absence (black) of the C-cluster of ERdj5 are overlaid. Resonances from the C85-C391 and C94-C99 pairs are indicated in magenta and green, respectively. Other resolved but unassigned resonances are numbered arbitrarily. The chemical shift changes induced by the addition of the C-cluster are indicated by blue arrows.
