Pearson correlations between the two TFs’ activity levels in individual cells when perturbing one but not the other signaling branch during TCR signaling. Perturbation of the NFAT branch was achieved by using ionomycin (0.6 μM) during TCR activation by 1 μg/mL antibodies (Figure S5A, n = 209 cells), while perturbation of the NF-κB branch was achieved by using 1 ng/mL PMA (Figure S5C; n = 146 cells).
