Workflow. Bone marrow was collected from cKO mice, F121A mice, and corresponding WT littermate controls and cultured in medium with macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) for 7 days to generate BMDMs. WT and cKO BMDMs as well as WT and F121A BMDMs were unstimulated (0 h) or treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) plus IFN for the indicated times prior to transcriptomic or proteogenomic analysis.
